It’s easy to find a dentist near you! We are pleased to offer you a national dentist search which lists participating dentists and specialists in your area.Note: Your dental plan includes the Delta Dental PPO (formerly DeltaPreferred Option) and Delta Dental Premier (formerly DeltaPremier) networks. Plan payments will be the highest (and your payment responsibility the lowest) when you choose a dentist in the Delta Dental PPO network. The DeltaCare option on the online dentist search does not apply to Andersen.

Sign-in to the Member Portal

Delta Dental's Member Portal provides you with information including procedure details, deductibles and claim payment status. You can also order a new ID card and update your account information by visiting the Member Portal. Claim forms can be mailed to:
