Delta Dental’s Website uses cookies to collect and store personal choices that you request; this functionality allows you to see unique information that you’ve requested. While your browser may allow you to reject cookies, our Website requires that you accept all cookies in order for the Website features and security mechanisms to function fully. A cookie is an element of data that a Website can send to your browser that may then store it on your system. A cookie does not retrieve any data from your hard drive, carry computer viruses, or capture your e-mail address.

Two types of cookies are used: persistent cookies and temporary cookies. Our site uses temporary session cookies to assist us in securing your activities and to enhance the performance of our Website. The cookie stores a temporary session ID that allows the site to recognize that a page request has come from someone who has already logged on. Once you leave Delta Dental’s Website, the temporary cookie we place on your computer expires, and is deleted from your computer. Persistent cookies help a site remember you as a previous visitor and can enhance your use of a Website by saving your passwords and preferences (such as the Privacy Notice) while you are on the site. Persistent cookies are continually stored on your computer for future use (until your cookies are manually deleted).
