Delta Dental of Minnesota Earns Inclusive Workforce Employer Designation

Delta Dental of Minnesota proudly accepts its recognition as one of three regional employers to receive Inclusive Workforce Employer Designation (I-WE) by the Regional Workforce Alliance (RWA) of Northwest Minnesota.

The I-WE designation was created to recognize employers that are dedicated to driving diversity and inclusion with an ongoing equity plan in place.

In order to attain the Inclusive Workforce Employer Designation, an organization must:

• Commit to an inclusive workplace and incorporate that commitment through the company mission, values and/or policies.
• Assess how diversity, equity and inclusion influence the companies work and culture.
• Provide diversity, equity and inclusion education for staff and leadership.
• Provide resources to educate, support and sustain an inclusive and equitable workplace.
