Your ID Card

You will receive an identification card in the mail within 7-10 business days if you are a new Delta Dental member or if you have a life event (e.g. marriage, divorce, birth of a child), which requires a new card. It is important to bring your ID card to your dental visits. To order a new ID card, sign-in to the Member Portal.

We are pleased to offer access to the nation's largest network through our national Dentist Search, which lists participating dentists and specialists in your area.Note: Your dental plan includes the Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier networks. Please disregard the DeltaCare and Delta Dental Patient Direct options on the online Dentist Search as they do not apply to the Cargill dental plan. Your savings may be greater if you choose to visit a dentist participating in the Delta Dental PPO network.
