MOBILE USER OPT-IN
This is a double opt-in program. You may opt in to the text alert program by texting a defined code to 31756. You will be required to opt-in again by replying “YES” to the responding message. By opting into the Delta Dental MN Notifications Program, you authorize Delta Dental of Minnesota to send you text messages, and acknowledge that such messages may be sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Additionally, by opting in, you acknowledge that you are at least 13 years of age and are either the wireless account subscriber or have the permission of the wireless account subscriber to send and receive text messages under these Terms and Conditions.
MOBILE USER OPT-OUT
You may discontinue text service at any time, by replying “STOP” to 31756 from your mobile device. After opting out, you will not receive any additional messages, unless you opt back in.
MOBILE USER FEES
Delta Dental MN Notifications program does not charge any users fees to send or receive text messages.
MSG &Data rates may apply from your applicable carrier, however. No purchase necessary to participate.
MOBILE HELP
To get help, reply “HELP” to any message you receive, or text “HELP” to 31756.
MOBILE USER PRIVACY
We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. No protected health information will be transmitted or shared.

Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint/Boost/Virgin, T-Mobile®, US Cellular, Carolina West, C-Spire (Cellsouth), Cellcom, nTelos, Google Voice, and the numerous ClearSky/Interop. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered message.
MOBILE WARRANTY
Delta Dental MN Notifications will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with our SMS Gateway. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
MOBILE PRIVACY POLICY
Delta Dental MN Notifications respects your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit text messages to you; we will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. No protected health information will be transmitted or shared. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, to protect our rights or property. Text messages through your wireless carrier/service provider are not secure messages through encryption or similar technology.
