DELTA DENTAL OF MINNESOTA NAMED A WINNER OF THE 2024 TOP WORKPLACES USA AWARD

MINNEAPOLIS (2024) – Delta Dental of Minnesota is the proud Top Workplaces USA award recipient for the second year in a row. The Top Workplaces USA award celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice.

The Top Workplaces USA award is based entirely on feedback from an independent third-party employee engagement survey completed by the employees. More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey.

The survey collects feedback on what matters most about the employee's work culture. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s two dozen research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks and are considered critical to the success of any organization.
