New York, NY (December 2, 2015) – Delta Dental of Minnesota received the award for Media Plan of the Year at the Out Of Home (OOH) Media Plan Awards from the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA). The OOH Media Plan Awards program honors efficient and effective out of home media plans.
