Broker super users are assigned to each licensed broker. Broker super users and the delegates they create have the ability to add and manage users.

The broker user types and their permissions include:

Broker super user

• Super user for a licensed broker.
• Set up and manage access for other broker delegates and broker users based on the broker‚active book of business.

Broker delegate

• Set up by the broker super user.
• Set up and manage access for other broker delegates and broker users based on the broker‚active book of business.

Broker user

• Set up by the broker super user or delegate.
• Set up and manage any other users in the agency.
