What are the capabilities of the super user?

Super users and delegates have the ability to manage access for other users. Standard users have only the abilities that have been provided to them.

The different user types and their permissions include:

Client super user

  • Can create and manage both delegates and users.
  • Set up with full access to all sub-clients and needed functionality within the tool for their client.
  • Delegate

  • Can create both delegates and users.

  • Has the same permissions and access as the super user.

Standard User

  • Cannot create or manage delegates and users. Users have access only as it is assigned to them when they are set up. For example, if the super user or delegate that sets them up does not check the “billing” box, that tab will not appear in the user's left-hand navigation when they log in.
