The subscriber ID is the employee's social security number.
If you are searching or updating an existing subscriber, enter either the employee social security number or alternate ID on the eligibility tab screen.
If you are adding a new subscriber, enter the employee social security number in the subscriber ID field on the subscriber profile screen.
