How do I view limitation by benefit category?

You will find this information on the "Client Benefit Details" tab within the Benefits section. See the column labeled "Exclusions and Limitations."

Where is the Benefit Details tab?

Step 1: Go to the "Benefits" tab in the green left navigation bar on your screen.

Step 2: On the "Benefits" landing page, enter client data (e.g. "Client ID" and/or "Client name," etc.).

Step 3: With your client data entered, you should now see a line item for the client associated with the information you entered. This line item will expand when clicked to reveal members or subscribers for that client.

Step 4: Once your client has been expanded, search for the member ID you are looking for and click the link within that row.

Step 5: Once you have clicked a link for a specific member ID, you will be taken to that member's benefits page:

  • Within this page, you will see four tabs of content that you may review for this member. The first tab on the left is labeled "Client Benefit Details" and will be the default view when you visit a member's benefits page.

  • With the "Client Benefit Details" selected, scroll down and you will see a table with benefits information. On the right side of the table, there is a column labeled "Exclusions and Limitations" (5B). If a benefit category has limitations or exclusions, it will have a small, green exclamation icon (5C) in that column.

Step 6: To view more details about exclusions and limitations, click on the small green exclamation icon for a specific benefit category and a pop-up modal window will appear with more details.
