You will find this information on the "Ortho Age Limit" tab within the Benefits section.

Where is the Ortho Age Limit tab?

Step 1: Go to the "Benefits" tab in the green left navigation bar on your screen.

Step 2: On the "Benefits" landing page, enter client data (e.g. "Client ID" and/or "Client name," etc.).

Step 3: With your client data entered, you should now see a line item for the client associated with the information you entered. This line item will expand when clicked to reveal members or subscribers for that client.

Step 4: Once your client has been expanded, search for the member ID you are looking for and click the link within that row.

Step 5: Once you have clicked a link for a specific member ID, you will be taken to that member's benefits page:

• Within this page, you will see four tabs of content that you may review for this member.
• Click the third tab from the left labeled "Ortho Age Limit" (5A). This tab will have age minimums and maximums, listed in a table by member type (5B).
