
How can I see details by benefit category? |
You will find this information on the "Client Benefit Details" tab within the "Benefits" section.
Step 1: Go to the "Benefits" tab in the green left navigation bar on your screen.

Step 2: On the "Benefits" landing page, enter client data (e.g. "Client ID" and/or "Client name," etc.).

Step 3: With your client data entered, you should now see a line item for the client associated with the information you entered. This line item will expand when clicked to reveal members or subscribers for that client.

Step 4: Once your client has been expanded, search for the member ID you are looking for and click the link within that row.

Step 5: Once you have clicked a link for a specific member ID, you will be taken to that member's benefits page:
The first tab on the left is labeled "Client Benefit Details" and will be the default view when you visit a member's benefits page.

Within the "Client Benefit Details" tab, scroll down to see a list of procedures, stacked in rows. Each procedure row will give you a high level of coverage.
