
Why do I have to select a sub-client when changing my banking information? |
Selecting a sub-client is not necessary if the banking information applies to your entire group (i.e. all sub-clients within the client).
If you have a sub-client or grouping of sub-clients* with alternative banking information, you need to select that sub-client before completing and submitting the form.
*Grouping sub-clients together for billing purposes is known as consolidation.
