How do I update bank information? |
This tool provides a form that enables you to submit new banking information. Use the form if you want to pay through ACH instead of check or to add a new ACH account.
You may have a separate account for claims billing versus administration billing, or use one account for both types of invoices.
Step 1: Navigate to the "Banking" tab and fill in form.
Step 2: Click "Submit" to update information.
You will receive an email response from [email protected] once we have completed your request.
