Note: Your dental plan includes the Delta Dental PPO (formerly DeltaPreferred Option) and Delta Dental Premier (formerly DeltaPremier) networks. Please ignore the DeltaCare option on the online dentist search.

Claims Inquiry
Delta Dental's claims inquiry provides users with information including procedure detail, amounts owed by you and paid by Delta Dental, deductibles applied and claim status.
