We offer SingularDental as a service to Minnesotans age 50+ along with their spouse (any age); unmarried dependent children through age 24 and other dependents eligible under Minnesota law. We've opened the plan for year-round enrollment exclusively for those who become unemployed, self-employed or retire after having Delta Dental of Minnesota group coverage.

Enrollment

Available for Minnesotans age 50 and over who have had and are no longer eligible for coverage through a Delta Dental of Minnesota group and who enroll within 90 days of leaving the group plan or their COBRA coverage expiring.
