Minnesota and North Dakota Dentist Search

To search for dentists outside of Minnesota or North Dakota, go to the national Delta Dental Plans Association Web site.

Choose a Product or Network (identified on the front of your ID card), and then enter additional information to narrow your dentist search. Each Dentist Search you perform may yield up to 250 dentists in a randomly selected group. Search results are organized by geographic areas according to zip code, city, and/or state. (Use the Radius option to refine and limit your search results.) Note that visiting a participating dentist may save you money.
