As part of our non-profit mission to create access to affordable dental care, Delta Dental of Minnesota now offers dental plans directly to individuals and their families. The plans offer comprehensive coverage, multiple payment options and the freedom to sign up eligible dependents.

Delta Dental is the first to offer Minnesotans age 50 and older a low-cost individual dental plan that covers all basic dental needs. In addition, we offer individual dental coverage for Minnesotans age 18 and older as well as a number of affinity organizations and professional chapters.

We've also partnered with the state's major health care carriers to offer individual dental plans that complement their individual medical coverage lines.

Aware Care/Personal Blue and Options Blue Members
Available for new and existing Aware Care/Personal Blue and Options Blue members during the annual enrollment period.

Medicare supplement plan members
Available for Medicare supplement plan members.

Individual Dental (Age 18+)
Available for Minnesotans age 18 and over.

MN State Bar Association
Available for MN State Bar Association members and their families.

Simply Blue
Available for Simply Blue members and applicants.

SingularDental (Age 50+)
Available for Minnesotans age 50 and over.
