Important Notices:
Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, certain individuals who are eligible for COBRA continuation health coverage, or similar coverage under state law, may receive a subsidy for 65 percent of the premium. These individuals are required to pay only 35 percent of the premium. Read about the COBRA Premium Subsidy.

Effective October 1, 2009, an unmarried dependent child who is ill or injured and can no longer attend school on a full-time basis can remain covered under his or her parent's dental plan. Read about Michelle's Law.

With online enrollment, you can enter and view daily additions, changes and terminations to Delta Dental's membership file for your employees. Billing reports online gives you the ability to view and print applicable billing documents securely online as soon as they are generated.
